Eligibility
Here’s the criteria your TRANSACTION must meet to be eligible for a refund:
▪️7-14 Banking Days for Pre-order purchases
▪️12-24 banking days for wrong transactions
▪️20-30 banking days ,decline of purchase (Subject to sale of product)
▪️7-14 banking days, Repair refund
▪️30-50 banking days , installment purchase (Subject to transfer)
